Terms and Conditions – Whole Life Nutrition

Whole Life Nutrition Ltd offers personalised nutrition guidance, recipes, consultations, and workplace wellness events including workshops and webinars. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement with any of our services. References to “you” or “your” refer to any individual accessing this website or using our services.

By accessing our website, subscribing to our communications, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all relevant laws. Failure to agree means you must refrain from using our website or related services.

2. Bookings

2.1. Consultations can be booked online. For information on our packages or workshops, please contact us directly. All bookings are subject to our acceptance and availability.

2.2. Upon confirmation of your booking, Whole Life Nutrition will email you a Health History Questionnaire and a 3-Day Food Diary. To ensure a productive consultation, please complete and return these via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the completed forms are not received within this timeframe, we may need to allocate time during your consultation to gather essential information. This could reduce the time available for personalised guidance and may necessitate an additional appointment, which would incur an extra fee.

2.3. We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a refund or credit.

3. Payments

3.1. Prices for stand-alone consultations are displayed on our website. Pricing for packages and workshops is available upon enquiry.

3.2. All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) – GST not applicable. Payments are due as outlined in your booking confirmation, via direct bank transfer.

3.3. A booking confirmation will be sent via email. If not received within 24 hours, please get in touch.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Workshops & Webinars

4.1. You may cancel your booking by notifying us directly.

4.2. Cancellation fees are as follows:

- More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund

- Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice: 50% refund

- Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund

4.3. If an event is postponed due to unforeseen events (e.g. natural disaster), we will work with you to reschedule.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Consultations

5.1. You may cancel a consultation at your discretion.

5.2 If you cancel:

- With more than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund

- With less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee may apply, at the practitioner’s discretion

5.3. If a consultation is postponed due to unforeseen events (e.g. natural disaster), we will work with you to reschedule.

6. Gift Vouchers 

6.1. Please contact us directly via email to purchase a gift voucher. 

6.2. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

6.3. Vouchers can be redeemed only for consultations, not workshops or webinars. 

6.4. Each voucher must be used in a single transaction. 

7. Onsite Workshops 

7.1. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove participants who are unwell, under the influence, or behave inappropriately. No refunds will be given in such cases. 

7.2. You are responsible for ensuring attendees comply with these Terms and are aware of our Privacy Policy. 

7.3. Recording workshops and events is not permitted unless approved in writing. If approved, recordings must be removed after 30 days to ensure health advice remains current. Additional fees may apply for recording privileges. 

8. Allergies and Intolerances 

8.1. Some of our recipes may include ingredients that trigger allergies or sensitivities. Please take care to assess suitability before use. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

9.1. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or lead to specific results. 

9.2. Whole Life Nutrition is not liable for decisions made by the client concerning medical conditions, including choices about prescribed treatments. Any matters beyond our professional scope will be identified during the initial consultation, and we will communicate appropriately with your healthcare provider. 

9.3. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items at any workshop or event. 

9.4. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. 

10. Indemnity

10.1. You agree to indemnify Whole Life Nutrition Ltd against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

10.2. This includes any injuries or incidents occurring during workshops or events.

11. Website Use

11.1. We may update our website or correct errors at any time without notice.

11.2. You must use the website in accordance with these Terms. Misuse may result in termination of access.
